Queen's Impling is a Hellhorned Clan Hellhorned.png Card in the Exile Crown2.png Starter Deck. You begin with 3-5 of them depending on your Covenant Rank.

Lore[]

In these dreams, the Shardtail has shown me the result of her Exodus: the first cycling imps in the Scorched Plains. I've never encountered these sharded imps in Hell, but their resemblance to those I have met is uncanny. Perhaps these dreams are something more...

Strategy[]

Queen's Impling, like most starter cards, tends to be of limited use past the early game. As an Imp with a Summon trigger, it benefits from the same synergies as other Imps and other Summon units, but, aside from those synergies, its usefulness falls off quickly.

Playing an Impling at the front of a floor will allow it to resolve its trigger, block a hit for a more useful unit, and die, removing itself from the player's deck.

Suggested Upgrades[]

Upgrade Description
Upgrade Unit Monster Railspike.png As a weak starter unit, purging Queen's Impling is a good way to improve the deck.
Upgrade Unit Immortalstone.png The only upgrade worth considering on the Queen's Impling, the Immortalstone, improves the Impling in the same way as any other Imp, and is best reserved for ones with more potent effects.
